How do I choose the size?
You can check our size charts for women, babies and children in the "Size Guide" section. If you still have questions, you can send an email to hola@junitoscloset.com and I will be happy to answer all your questions.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Due to our production methods, there may be times when garments are not in stock. This is because we are a small brand that aims to avoid leftover stock and be more sustainable. In such cases, we cut and sew the garment for you. This process takes about 4 days, though it may take a few more days depending on the time of year, such as during sales or Christmas.
For all other garments, shipping will take a maximum of two days.
After that, delivery takes 2-4 business days. For delivery times to islands or outside of Spain, please inquire.
How do I return clothes if I don't see myself wearing them?
I'm sorry you didn't like it. You can write to me at hola@junitoscloset.com and I'll arrange the return of your order. I will reply with the address where you should send the garments, and once they are received, a refund for the amount of the garments will be issued, excluding the initial shipping cost, in the same way the payment was made. You can choose between two options: a coupon for the order amount to be used in the future, or a refund of the order amount (without shipping). If you choose the latter, you must request the return within 10 days of receiving it at home. Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. If I made a mistake, I sincerely apologize.
