How do I choose the size?
You can check our size chart for women, babies, and children in the "Size guide" section. If you still have questions, you can send an email to hola@junitoscloset.com and I will be happy to answer all your questions.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Due to our production methods, there may be times when garments are not in stock, as we are a small brand that wants to avoid excess inventory and be more sustainable. In this case, we cut and sew the garment for you. This process takes about 4 days; depending on the time of year, it may take a few more days, such as during sales or Christmas.
For other garments, shipping will take a maximum of two days.
From then on, they deliver within 2-4 business days. For delivery times to islands or outside of Spain, please inquire.
How do I return clothes if I don't see myself wearing them?
I'm sorry you didn't like it. You can write to me at hola@junitoscloset.com and I'll arrange the return of your order. I will reply with the address where you should send the garments, and once they are received, the amount of the garments will be refunded, excluding the initial shipping cost, in the same way the payment was made. You can choose between two options: a coupon for the amount of the order to spend in the future, or a refund of the order amount (excluding shipping). If you choose the latter, you must request the refund within 10 days of receiving it at home. Shipping costs incurred by exchanges and returns are at the customer's expense, unless it is a defective or incorrect product. If I made a mistake, I sincerely apologize.
